That depends on the size of your home and whether you're getting a standard clean or adding extras. Some cleanings take just 2 hours, while others may take 6–7 hours—it varies!

Nope! We actually prefer an empty house so we can work efficiently without having to clean around people or pets. That said, we totally understand if you work from home or can’t be out—we’re happy to work around you if needed.

If you have pets, it’s usually best to keep them kenneled or in a separate room while we clean. Vacuums and unfamiliar people can make animals nervous, and we want your fur babies to feel safe and comfortable. If your pets are friendly and used to visitors, we’d love to meet them!

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your spot. That said, don’t hesitate to reach out—we may be able to squeeze you in last-minute or fill a cancellation!
